Yep, another evening at the lake! We had a good time. After driving around for an hour and a half, we finally just stopped off at a park off the lake and Alex and I swam for a little bit, and Mike played with Missy. She loves the water! Then, we went to a fishing hole so Mike could fish (although, Alex did the fishing this time!)

Here's a cool shot that Mike took. There were a bunch of sailboats on the lake...It was a pretty awesome sight!

Of course.....The Lightning Bugs!! (aka Fireflies)
Ok, so walking back to the truck from the fishing spot, they were all over the place! It was dusk so it was still a little light out, so I was able to stand in one spot and the firefly would stay in one spot...This was the best picture I could get. I can't take the picture with the flash on, so all you can see is the butt end of it. I know, it may be kinda weird, me all "obsessive" over these things, but I'm serious, everytime I see one, it makes me smile!
So, there you have it. LOL.Just wanted to let you in on a little bit more of what we enjoy here! Love ya'll! hahaha!

Ang, these pictures are great. I love the one of Alex fishing. And him swimming too. He's so cute! Next time we're going! If I can just keep those critters away from me I'll be ok! Haha
Your pictures are so good ang. Mom is totally right, the one of Alex fishing is so adorable it should be framed. Oh and your dog, she is so obsessive about her ball. Everytime I'm over there she brings it to my feet and then backs up, gets down in her crouch position, and then looks at me like throw it, c'mon throw it. She is so crazy. Oh and I love to point a laser around her. She gets sycho.
