We're Taking Orders!

So, Alex has been bugging me to sign a piece of paper that his teacher and everybody else at his school is all pumped up about, so I caved, and I signed it.....

Yep...It's his first Fundraiser!

Of course it's Chocolate Candy Bars!

I'm taking orders! :-) There's 4 decadent flavors to choose from: Milk Chocolate, Chocolate Crisp, Chocolate w/Caramel, and Chocolate w/Almonds.
Plus, you get a bonus when you buy one! You get a $2.00 off coupon to Pizza Hut! WhooHoo! He has 48 left, they are $1.00 a piece and he has to sell all of them..(the school doesn't take back unsold chocolate, what's up with that!??) So, place your orders now! He wants to win a prize, come on guys, don't smash the kids dream of winning a Dippin Dots Ice Cream Party! LOL.
**Candy Bars are sold "as is" and are not subject to refunds**

Oh Ang!!! We need to talk...You're first one and probably your last. When you figure out that you can trade him to go to Toys R Us and spend half of what he's raising, he will never bother you again with a fundraiser. Also, eventually, you will have one that you have to put in the total of what he's selling cause either he didn't sell them or cause you eat them yourself and then have to pay for them. I know this from experience....it just ends up being easier to take him to the store and let him pick something out then for you to have to keep track of the money, the candy bars and making sure he sells them.
I'm on my 3rd child and fundraisers and they are a pain in the baacootie...lol!!!
Then all they get is the ice cream that was far less money then the time you had to spend on helping with the whole thing. Anyway, don't mean to crush Alex's business venture, but I'm trying to save you some time, money and calories....
LOL!!! haha!! I'm just joking....go for it Alex....

Whats up with the "as is"? Are you afraid you might take a hunk out before they are delivered? Haha. It was so cute tonight when I gave him a five dollar bill and asked for five candy bars. He told me no thats only a dollar so you only get one candy bar. It was so cute!! And now he is on a roll. Already sold 12. Good job Alex!!

Sheri-I couldn't resist either! He's just so cute with that big ol box!
T-LOL!! Ok, I know all about these fundraiser things! Believe it or not, I remember doing them when I was in Elementary. We weren't going to do it, but he was so excited. And you're right, this will probably be his last one...He doesn't quite understand the concept of these things yet...In class last night, he was trying to give them away! He doesn't understand people have to pay for them! LOL.
Ash-"AS IS" was just to be funny. LOL.

Haha, this is just so funny. Last night when I handed him $5 and told him we wanted five, he said, "No, you can only have one!" I think he thought he was sharing them with us! He's just so cute. And then we heard him asking Camden's mom if he could have a chocolate bar! Good thing his mom said no because I think Alex would have just opened one up and gave it to him! He's learning the concept of "selling". Too cute!

have fun with it Ang...
I was just joking with all my negativity. I just don't have fam here to purchase any of their candy, I refuse to take it to church cause if they buy then you are obligated to buy when their kids come around. I don't mean to sound selfish at all...it's just that I don't always have a buck on me and/or it's way more than a buck. someday I will be able to purchase from everyone.
AS IS....I forgot about that...just blame Mike. "He likes it, he'll eat anything" remember the Life cereal commercial. Works everytime. I have a Michael too..Kameron Michael Egle...he eats like that too.
